The giveaway is open to homeowners located within Crown Exteriors’ service area in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The person submitting the entry must be the legal homeowner of the property listed on the application.
The property must be owned by the person submitting the application. The address entered on the form will be the property evaluated for the giveaway.
Yes. All entries require a brief exterior inspection and in-person consultation. This allows our team to verify the condition of the roof or siding and confirm eligibility for the giveaway.
No. There is no cost to submit an entry or receive the inspection and estimate consultation.
Yes. As part of the eligibility process, participants must be open to receiving a no-obligation estimate if repairs or replacement are recommended.
Once inspections are completed and eligibility is confirmed, all qualified entries will be placed into a blind drawing. One homeowner will be randomly selected for the roofing giveaway and one homeowner will be randomly selected for the siding giveaway.
The blind drawing will take place after all inspections and eligibility confirmations are completed. The winner will be announced on April 15, 2026.
The giveaway covers up to 3,500 square feet of materials and installation. If the home exceeds this size, the homeowner is responsible for the cost of the remaining portion of the project. If additional materials, upgrades, or project scope beyond the included 3,500 square feet are desired, Crown Exteriors will provide a clear quote for those items prior to installation.
Yes. The home must be located within Crown Exteriors’ active service area in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
No. The giveaway is only valid for the property address submitted in the application and verified during the inspection process.
Must be a homeowner within Crown Exteriors service area. Maximum giveaway size 3,500 sq ft. Roof giveaway exclusive to IKO roofing system. Siding giveaway exclusive to James Hardie siding products. Winner selected April 15, 2026.
