Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
We warrant that your roof installation will be free from defects in workmanship. If an issue arises due to workmanship that results in leakage or the loss of shingles, we will provide the necessary labor to repair the problem.

Coverage Duration
This warranty remains in effect for as long as you own your home.
One-Time Transferability
You can transfer this warranty to the next homeowner for a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale.
Notification Requirement
To ensure prompt service, you must notify Crown Exteriors within 48 hours of discovering a problem.
Repair Responsibility
All repairs under this warranty must be performed exclusively by Crown Exteriors.
Exclusions from Coverage
While our workmanship warranty covers a wide range of potential issues, certain conditions are not included:
- Normal wear and tear, including:
- Ice damage
- Hailstorms
- Foreign objects
- Hurricane-force wind and rain
- Manufacturer’s defects (covered separately under the product warranty).
- Damage from fungus, bacteria, infestation, UV degradation, rust, or corrosion leading to metal or wood decay.
- Repairs or replacements performed by anyone other than Crown Exteriors.
Manufacturer’s Product Warranty
The duration of the manufacturer’s product warranty is determined by the materials installed. This warranty complements our workmanship coverage to give you comprehensive protection.
Limitations of Liability
Crown Exteriors is not liable for:
- Incidental, consequential, or special damages of any form.
- Damage to the interior or exterior of your building that occurs as a result of issues not covered under this warranty.
This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, limited to the terms outlined above.
